MANOR GARDENING SOCIETY, LEYTON

 THIS IS A

 GROWING CONCERN

ABOUT US

Manor Gardening Society exists on two sites both born as part of the London Olympics 2012.

This is the website for Marsh Lane, Jubilee Park, Leyton.

The other is at Pudding Mill, Stratford.

Marsh Lane, Jubilee Park, Leyton

Marsh Lane, Jubilee Park, Leyton consists of approximately 60 "five rod" plots.

A traditional allotment is 10 rods (about the size of a doubles tennis court) but 5 rods is about enough for a modern family juggling kids and other commitments.

We are a diverse community and reflect the many heritages of East London.

Some of us are long-standing and experienced gardeners, others are finding their feet.

We have a committee and agreed formal goverance.

For anyone interested in a plot at Jubilee Park, we maintain a waiting list. To register an interest, please get in contact.

Pudding Mill, Stratford

Pudding Mill, Stratford opened in February 2016 and is a mixture of Bully Fen veterans and new gardeners.

Pudding Mill has its own committee and goverance structure.

For anyone interested in a Pudding Mill plot, please get in contact.
